Description
The Nemtek Mini Nylon Tensioner is a ratchet tensioner used for electric fence wire maintenance. It features a nylon plastic body to prevent rust and increase wire lifespan. It is compatible with various wire sizes and can be easily adjusted with a screwdriver. The tensioner is made of UV stabilized plastic and has a maximum tension of 5kg. It operates in a temperature range of -40 to 80C and can handle up to 12KV. The product comes with a 12-month limited warranty and includes one tensioner in the package. The Nemtek Mini Nylon Tensioner uses the ratchet tensioner to increase the tension as and when required over time on the electric fence wire, particularly when the system needs maintenance due to sagging wires.
The Mini Nylon Tensioner features a nylon plastic body that eliminates galvanic reactions between dissimilar metals, reducing rust and increasing the lifespan of the electric fence wire.
Compatible with 1.2mm galvanized or stainless steel wire and up to 1.6mm aluminum wire.
Adjusting the tension is quick and easy, simply use a large-headed screwdriver to turn the spindle until the desired tension is reached.
